Model adaptation mechanisms of cultivated plants in extreme conditions

چکیده

Abstract This study presents a new mathematical model of the physiology plant open system development in conditions far from equilibrium. Unlike existing approaches, our is based on equations describing competition for substrate between three main compartments cultivated plants - root, stem and leaf extreme conditions. Exchange with external environment occurs through two channels leaves root system. The internal control channel defined as function limiting biomass individual structural parts. viability was tested example physiological tomato development. system’s behavior studied under varieties lack nutrients soil low level or solar radiation. In first case, shows restructuring after several levels vibrations to stable state consumption redistribution leaves, masses. second calculations show significant suppression cover mass favor root. However, even this period instability, comes exceeding other structures. For each phase trajectories substrates are constructed.
